Early Access Terms

These terms cover the Early Access programme specifically. The regular Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply too.

What you get

Early Access participants receive TaleWhisperer Pro free of charge for up to one year. This offer is limited to Early Access participants — it isn’t a public plan, and access is provided for testing and feedback purposes.

Fair use

The AI features cost real money to run. We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or limit access if usage is excessive or incurs unreasonable infrastructure or AI costs. Writing a lot is fine — scripted or automated use is what this covers. If you’re anywhere near the line, we’ll email you before doing anything.

The programme can change

This is a beta. We may end the programme early or modify its terms as we learn. If something meaningful changes, participants hear about it by email first.

Your writing is yours

You retain full ownership of everything you write. Uploaded content is handled according to our Privacy Policy — it is never used to train anything, and you can export or delete it at any time.

After the beta

Participation doesn’t guarantee future free access after the beta period. When your free year ends (or the programme does), you can continue on a paid plan or keep your work on the free tier — nothing you’ve written is ever held hostage.
